上個月到好市多辦卡，會有附贈一張家庭卡，
上面是寫說和本卡是 父母親、兄弟姐妹 ＂或＂同居住地的家屬即可，
可是那時候要辦我跟我阿姨的卡，就被拒絕了，因為我們不是父母親或是兄弟姐妹的關係，
那請問，同居住地的家屬→這規定是？
只有台灣不能這樣？ 全台灣的都這樣規定？ 那為甚麼申請書上寫的
跟實際上他們解釋的又不同？
