＊事發經過：
我的肥宅哥哥在FB上看到他們打廣告就腦弱隨便亂買
結果寄來的東西盒子上印的是made in china覺得可疑
我就幫他上網查了一下
發現這根本不是正品
這個杯子的正品似乎是當初某個叫
INDIEGOGO的網站募資製造的
於是碎念我哥叫他不要亂買東西
他說沒關係，網站有寫七天內可以退貨
後來去他們網站說要退貨好幾天沒人理
最後去私訊FB才有人回應
但內容也不斷跳針說這東西不能退貨
奇怪網站不是有寫七天鑑賞期嗎？？？

下面小小那一行註明此為個人衛生使用用品，不支持無理由退貨。
杯子也算個人衛生用品嗎
我真的傻眼
打去問消保官
消保官說沒拆的話就還是可以退
但要寫存證信函給他們告知他們今天是第幾天
請他們在三天內辦理退貨
印象中存證信函也是要有對方地址的
回去翻當初寄來的包裹

真的會被我哥氣死
隨便亂買來路不明的東西還不能退
對方最後回我哥一個大笑臉有夠挑釁
應該是知道我們也拿他沒轍
