以前我都使用中國信託好市多聯名卡，金幣我都保留，隔年可以折抵年費。
但是今年開始換成國泰銀行好市多聯名卡，換了新規則。
8/1 ~ 9/30 開放金幣折抵店內消費，必須 9/30前使用完畢，未使用完 11/1 自動失效。
爭議點:
1.今年8月所累積的，必須在10月底前用掉，不然就歸零？
2.如果九月去消費購物，十月才有金幣匯入，已經無法折抵金幣，只能等11月失效?
3.金幣整年度都未使用，11/1 全部自動失效 ?
好市多金幣的新玩法，好像越來越複雜，這是考消費者嗎？
