去年年底幫代買版的版友在ebay上代標一條牛仔褲

下標前問賣家問題 對方幾乎是馬上回答
12/28日下標 29日一早就匯款
由於他的賣場連結上說明
Package will be ship the same day after recive you payment
收到匯款當日即出貨
我不好意思當天催他
30日才寫信問他出貨了沒 請他給我tracking number
他到31日才回我
Hello, thanks for you purchase, i will check and i will let you know the
tracking number tomorrow, thanks.
之後過了各新年 連續好幾天都沒消息
又陸續寄了幾封信 他也沒回信
最後在我們的1/4 就美國時間1/3日在paypal上提出申訴
結果賣家很快就回覆 說連續好幾天的假期
郵局1/2號才去跟他收貨 他也還在等tracking number
另外又說了這些: please reply and let me know if you want the jeans
because i will stop the delivery,
if you want the jeans cancel the claim and i will give you the tracking number,
i hope you understand my point, i need cover my self you are working with
a honest seller and i guarantee you will recive the jeans for sure
but if you want this jeans cancel the claim and i will sent you the
tracking number if not i will stop the delivery, thanks.
大意就是要我確定還是不是要這條牛仔褲
我當下當然是回覆 請他繼續寄出 收到貨物會取消申訴再給他正評
Hello, maybe there's some misunderstanding between us.
We didn't count the close days in post office.
But getting no reply from your side makes us nervous,
so I filed the claim. Please keep on the shipping.
When we get the goods, we'll close the claim and give you positive feedback.

Hello, i'm so sorry i can't do that, if you want the jeans please cancel the
claim because this is not the way to process this business, i sold i lot of
jeans and i'm here for work not for take nobody money, i don't stop the
dellivery if you cancel the claim, please check and i hope you understand,

對方說這不是他做生意的方式 一定要我取消申訴才肯出貨
所以我只好取消了.................
這下可好了 過了這麼多天 寄了至少4 5封信
他又消失了 可是他賣場還是一直上新貨
就是不回信......
而且paypal那邊一旦取消申訴 就沒辦法再去申訴
那現在該怎麼辦呢?
我在想 如果對方真的寄出去了 只是版友還沒收到
我現在給他負評 他只會更不爽
但是如果他真的有寄出 幹麻不給我tracking number
看他的評價 大都是正面回應
請問各位大大 該怎麼辦
畢竟這不是我買的 我幫版友代買 就有義務要幫他解決
若是我買的 就摸摸鼻子當作走在路上被搶就好了
這幾天都為這件事睡不著 拜託各位大大 有沒有發生過這種情況 該怎麼辦呢?
