兩岸經貿往來日趨開放，台北市東區商圈成為各大精品、國際時尚品牌來台必定插旗的地
區.
去年，香港表商亨得利揭起序幕，斥資9億元標下忠孝東路、敦化南路的店面；UNIQLO（
優衣庫）、ZARA也在下半年將進駐明曜百貨、統領廣場等商場。
西班牙時尚品牌ZARA今年也搶進台灣市場，除敲定進駐台北101大樓外，也正與統領廣場
協商，有意拿下一樓及地下一樓逾1,000坪的營業面積，每月租金高達500萬至600萬元。
ZARA進駐統領廣場的營業面積，比過去承租方英國馬莎百貨更大，且一樓店面全由ZARA包
辦，ZARA將享有完整的廣告效益。
市場人士指出，統領廣場一樓承租方包括加州健身房、CROCS、莎莎等廠商，由於租約將
在下半年陸續到期，已收到統領廣場的遷移通知，未來除併購加州健身房的WORLD GYM將
租用三至四樓部分面積營業，其他商家都將搬離。
ZARA來台的腳步比UNIQLO晚一年，但行動相當積極，第四季將在台相繼開設台北101店、
統領廣場店。
UNIQLO今年除租下明曜百貨一至三樓開設1,200坪以上的超級大店，也會進駐新光三越南
西店、太平洋SOGO百貨天母店及微風廣場。
UNIQLO在台店數將衝到四家，明年則計劃往中南部發展。
