yahoo賣場已轉帳但賣家消失了 - 網店

10/9在yahoo賣場下單買一個燈飾，下單前還有在留言版詢問商品問題，賣家立馬回覆，
等我下單線上轉帳後卻遲遲不理，至今完全無法連絡上賣家。
有寫信請yahoo客服幫忙，但客服ㄧ直叫我去留言版留言給賣家，等到10/13沒回應再跟客
服說，客服也只寄出貨通知給賣家，已經過了5天了，今天10/13又問客服，得到ㄧ樣答案
，更扯是叫我再等到10/16......
請問這種狀況，我該怎麼辦？yahoo的轉帳是直接到賣家帳戶嗎？
