之前在Ame_Casual板上大家對WELLING姊私房牛肉麵的支持讓她揪感心耶
不過大家散佈各地，要聚會也不容易，所以WELLING請我當代表，吃牛肉麵
(迷之音:吃牛肉麵也能代表的阿??) 無論如何，WELLING姊很謝謝大家的支持
目前也採取折衷的方式，早上上班 下午開始製作皮件，盡量加快腳步
希望以最好的品質給大家(我的皮夾還在好後面阿...)
讓大家等太久她也很不好意思
好啦，看看牛肉麵吧
麵很Q 有嚼勁 上面有青菜和豆瓣可是吃起來不會辣
湯頭很香 濃醇夠味 後來還續湯 XD
自己滷的牛肚 非常入味!!! 真的
吃起來口感非常棒 如果單吃 或是配啤酒 應該超棒的吧
旁邊的嫩薑也是特別處理過的 不會太辣 很搭
左邊是牛肉 右邊是牛筋
牛肉看起來普普，吃起來一點都不澀，相反的很Q又嫩 非常美味
牛筋更是富含膠質，滷的又入味，害我狂吃!!
不過我覺得奇怪的是，一般來說，牛肉都是在湯裡面，
WELLING解釋:牛肉滷好之後還要先冰起來這樣口感才Q
肉湯分離是WELLING的堅持!!
果然是非常美味 ^^

吃飽之後，WELLING也介紹新的皮件
皮革邊緣的雙縫線很耗功夫
看起來果然質感提升
細節處見功夫 會發亮阿!!
相同的曲線 皮革的質感也不賴 頗具光澤
