usps的track - 海外購物

我在usps 追蹤了賣方給我的編號
結果從他寄出後到現在都是以下訊息

以我的理解看來 這個只是線上登記過
並不表示有寄出吧?

但跟賣方反應問他是否沒寄
他又說

The item has been shipped out. All of our packages are process online and
it'll show when it was process. So you have checked with your customs office
and they can't find the package? Let me see if my local post office can track
your package.


可是我之前查過別的賣方寄的追蹤碼 都會更新美國境內的紀錄
請問是因為賣方太大 追蹤碼不會更新 = = 還是他晃點我Orz
