在shopbop購物 填完信用卡資料就扣款了

卻收到防詐騙要mail或傳真信用卡和個人id的信

雖然有說please blackout any middle 4 digits on your credit card,
and the date of birth and ID number on your identification card.

但已經扣款了 為什麼還要做這個動作呢?

請問這是正常的嗎?
