Schoeller 3xDry的清潔與保養 - 戶外用品

: 呼呼, 好險沒用 Nikwak Softshell Proof, 差點就把 3xDry 給毀了... @_@
: 上面的意思基本是說, 3xDry處理過的布料不可以使用 Wash-in 類的防潑水洗劑
: 來處理 (剛好 Nikwax Softshell Proof 就是屬於 Wash-in類的), 因為這樣會讓
: 裡層也產生防潑水效果而破壞了 3xDry 的原有功能. 至於表布的防潑水可以使用
: Spray-on 類的防潑水處理噴霧劑來恢復 water-repellency效果.

其實 ... 簡單說, Nikwak Softshell Proof 這款是防潑水劑而
3XDRY內裡是吸濕親水處理, 當然不希望鍍上一層反效果的物質

這個清洗的觀念可以運用到任何內裡是吸濕親水處理的衣物, 如:
DriClime/羊毛/Coolmax/排汗纖維/Wicking finish/3XDRY ...
一但是這類設計, 防潑水劑的選用只能選噴霧式 ...

: 另外, Schoeller 也建議每次清洗完之後都 "低溫" 烘乾或是熨燙, 這樣可以延長
: 3xDry 處理的壽命.

這個觀念泛用於任何DWR的處理面 ...

另, 做噴劑處理時, 可以只噴重點部位, 省略下背部, 手內側與
腋下側邊 ... (尤其是背面 ... 非迎雨面, 較不需要防潑水)
肩與正面是比較需要加強的部位 ...
以上僅供想省點精神與金錢的人參考 ...

: 最後個人覺得 DrySkin w/ 3xDry 的優點是: 耐磨, 快乾, 中低度保暖, 極為透氣,
: 適合台灣高山行進間三季穿著(春秋冬); 缺點是: 抗風性差 (稜線上的大風還是會
: 灌進去, 這點是透氣性太好的一體兩面, 並非完全的負面缺點), 布料重 (一般使用
: Dryskin extreme 的 softshell 夾克大概都有 16-19 oz 左右, 約 500g上下).

: ps2. 雖然Nikwax說 Softshell Proof 適用於 Schoeler 布料, 但是目前各家
: 布料廠的製程與處理都不盡相同, 因此如果有適用上的疑慮時, 最好還是
: 請教一下原布料廠. 免得適得其反, 清洗不成, 還得到了反效果.
: ps3. 現在06年之後的 Marmot ATV 已經不再使用 Schoeller DrySkin Extreme w/
: 3xDry 布料了 (成本考量?), 不過還是有其他公司出品的 Softshell 衣褲
: (如Beyond) 可供選購.

正確說應該是05Spring後改材質, 也就是05Fall開始改用Hyperlite
ATV在04F~05S是全件DrySkin Extreme w/ 3xDry, 更之前的腋下與側
邊使用WindPro Stretch做強化透氣(? 個人覺得這設計很怪)

Schoeller布料最廣為使用的公司是Mammut, Cloudveil, Beyondfleece ...
其他的大廠多少也有自家雷同Schoeller Stretch系列的Soft Shell布料
