不久前上網在REI買了些東西，今天收貨到了，其中有件衣服
Size大了點，想換小一號，不曉得可以退換嗎？看網站上似乎
是說可以，連收據寄回去....，但英文不大好，不是很懂，尤
其是下兩條

2. Please specify whether you would like an exchange,
a repair, a refund or a bankcard credit.

4. You can expedite an exchange by placing a new order
with your bankcard and returning the unwanted merchandise
for credit.

有人有實務上的經驗可以說明嗎？感激不盡....
