Red wing踩起來空空的問題 - 休閒服飾

不好意思，新手請教大家一下
最近直接向專賣店入手一雙Red wing 875 9E尺寸 (我約腳長27cm、寬11cm)
可是我後方踩起來空空的，但整體穿起來沒加鞋墊是舒服的，
除了左腳靠近約6吋鞋舌附近左處有點摩到小破皮(還磨破我一雙長襪上方處)，
可能是因為靠這個地方帶動整雙鞋子
不好意思，我具體形容一下我的情況：
穿Uniqlo厚襪把鞋帶綁緊到第六孔，
然後抬腳明顯會有後腳跟稍微浮空沒有貼著鞋底，
主要是靠我的腳踝上方因為鞋帶綁得緊而帶動整雙鞋子前進的感覺，
但我的前腳指是剛剛好，不論是高度或寬度！(因為我腳蠻寬的)
穿厚襪伸進整雙鞋子中，後腳可以稍微抬一點點，前後移動約1根手指頭！
可以給我一些建議嗎？還是把左腳踝上方磨破皮的地方貼兩張OK蹦繼續穿？
（因為除了這裡，說真的不加鞋墊還蠻舒服的，走了2個多小時只有那邊會磨）
