板友好,幾年前託友人從美國Amazon帶一顆EOS頭燈回來
去年八月時電池倉的彈簧脫落,爬文之後便寄信給Princeton Tec原廠申請RMA
2015/8/7, Princeton Tec Warranty Claim No. RMA175926

Dear Jyun Wun Chen,
This email serves as a confirmation regarding your recent warranty request
RMA175926. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your
light. Once the light is received at our facility we will email you again as
to the status of the repair.
We are expecting to receive the following:
1 - WARRANTY EOS w/REBEL BLACK
Please be sure that you have removed any batteries from the light and that
your RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

We have received your package and it has been entered in the que for repair
or replacment. This process normally takes about 1 to 2 weeks. We will
email you again once we have arranged for your light to be returned to you.
We received the following:
1 - EOS 105 LUMEN VERSION

0 -
0 - 8-19
