你可以直接回信給PayPal，

首先進到首頁的help，直接進入Contact US，
選取適當分類後，寫信要求：

1.要求PayPal客服把這封信加上CASE ID

2.詳細敘述狀況，要求確認款項是否已經debit回你已經被封鎖的帳戶。

兩天內會有客服人員寫信跟你聯絡。
