PAYPAL相關問題 (剛剛發現這版所以轉來了) - 海外購物

我在網路上賣東西
對方用paypal付錢給我
我收到來是這邊的信
"[email protected]" <[email protected]>
title: ***PAYMENT NOTIFICATION (Routing Code: C9X7-L4X7-QXX6-TX7X6)***
(有些數字我替換成X)
(我paypal的註冊電子信箱是另外一個,譬如: [email protected]
然後我這買家連絡是用另一個信箱, [email protected]
但這paypal寄來的信裡面Recipient寫的是[email protected]而不是[email protected]
所以有點懷疑這信的真偽)

我的問題是
我只給他我的
名子
住址
金額
他就可以在paypal上給我錢?!
雖然我有paypal帳號 但因為我沒用過paypal 所以完全不知道
且就像上面說的
我paypal的註冊信箱是另外一個 真的感覺很奇怪

第二問題
假如這是真的
(因為收到很多信都是詐騙的 所以我很擔心這也是
不知道會不會是一封假冒paypal寄來的信 雖然目前看來似乎是真的)
信上說 我要去寄東西給他
然後把shipment's tracking number寄回給[email protected]

這是正確的嗎? 我很怕這也是詐騙手法
讓我以為他已經匯錢來
然後我就寄東西出去
最後回報給paypal
他卻說沒這筆交易

煩請各位有paypal經驗的大大指點迷津

ps:疑似paypal寄來的信當中的訊息
原文如下:
This PayPal® payment has been deducted from the buyer's account and has been
"APPROVED"but will not be credited to your account until the shipment
tracking number is sent to us for shipment verification so as to secure both
the buyer and the seller. Below are the necessary information requested
before your account will be credited. Send tracking number to us or email us
through this mail [email protected] and our customer service
care will attend to you. As soon as you send us the shipment's tracking
number to us for security purposes and the safety of the buyer and the
seller,the money will be credited to your account
