每一個和我交易過還有我買東西的商店今天應該都收到這封信了....
他要大家提供我們交易資料還有個人聯絡方式
並且把我之前付給別人的PAYPAL都凍結（等調查後才會解凍）
請問我可以請買PAYPAL的網友寫我們是買賣PAYPAL？
還是要謊稱是買賣商品（可是要提供商品詳細資料包括品名出貨日期郵寄號碼）
煩請大家給點意見
