paypal收款有上限嗎??? - 海外購物

我收到網友轉的帳款
沒想到paypal帳戶告訴我
我已經超過了帳戶收款上限(我是個人帳戶)
要我升級才能夠收錢
可是
升級後.要付手續費給paypal
當然不願意
現在問題來了
我想把錢退給該網友
可是不論我怎麼按deny
網頁只出現這個訊息

可是我不想要啊
我現在只想退錢給該網友
那我要怎麼辦呢
到底要怎麼樣才可以退錢呢
麻煩知道的網友可以幫幫忙嗎
另外請問收款的上限是多少呢

我不記得我有收很多啊
