paypal在耍我嗎? - 海外購物

之前因為沒登記信用卡 所以帳號被Limited了

上週我已經登入了信用卡 及四碼的授權碼


但paypal依然要我傳真身分證 護照以玆證明我的身分 我也照做了

但沒想到paypal不但沒有解除limit 還寄一封信給我

內容為

我不懂 我明明就沒有別的paypal帳戶 這是我第一次申請信用卡並註冊

為什麼會這樣呢? 寫信給paypal 也總是制式的回覆


有人能幫忙嗎? 我快瘋了
