我是ebay新手,有些疑問想請教版上各位前輩
我在ebay得標一件東西,結標當天就用paypal付錢
三天後我查銀行帳戶已經被paypal扣款,但是ebay上狀態一直是unclaim
但是同時期或晚幾天結標付的帳款都已經claim
我問賣家收到錢沒,直到結標第七天賣家才回答
第一次回答的原文如下:
Hi, No i havent received the payment. im not sure what has happened. could
you recheck that you have paid this to my account.
我的疑問:
一般不是paypal先扣住錢,賣家確認買家付款後就寄出東西
等買家收到東西無誤後給正評,賣方才能從paypal拿到錢嗎?
賣家第二次的回答原文如下:
Hi, I just checked, paypal need to process your payment. Once it goes through
i will post the item
我又再問他有沒有點claim鍵確認帳款?
他回答因為他電子郵件的問題,沒有辦法收到錢,叫我取消付款再付一次
原文如下:
Hi the reason i did not receive the payment is because the email address that
i provided had an error on it. Please could you cancel the first payment on
paypal and then pay the amount to the correct email address.
但是paypal已經扣錢,取消付款paypal會立刻退錢還是拖上好一陣子?
目前問題點不在我這邊,應該由賣家跟paypal洽詢
到目前為止我感覺他都把問題推到我這邊叫我處理......
請教各位前輩關於這樣的問題有沒有比較好的建議和做法?
其他賣家都很快寄出東西,只有這個賣家拖拖拉拉,我都快沒興致了......
