上個月在Ebay上買了15件物品
因為9/18就付款了 是採用Paypal credit 付款的
信用卡這個月也結帳了
不過因為賣方一直沒寄出 也沒給我registed number.
所以我9/28就開了Dispute (理由 : 沒收到物品)
開了之後
賣方就馬上給我registed number
一直到今天10/8 我收到了13件物品
不過還有2件沒收到
今天在PAYPAL上跟賣方說還有2件沒收到
賣方卻給我這樣的回應

Hello, we send the other models when you close the dispute. When you not
close the disput i give you your money back. I will not wait for the money.
Paypal has the money 860,00 EUR. It is 2 weeks ago thats paypal the money has
stolen with your disput.
有爬過版，版友建議在沒收到物品之前不要close dispute.
不過我真的是不懂這賣家的意思 @@?
他是說 我沒有close dispute的話 他不會拿到這筆錢，而且他必須賠我這筆錢嗎??
因為在我open dispute 的時候，PAYPAL就已經凍結 (賣方用stolen ~~ 哈哈)
這一筆款項了嗎
那我應該要強烈跟他表示說 我要收到其他兩件或是寄出包裹的registed number
才會close dispute嗎?
此外我申訴的期限到10/18 之後就會自動關閉 或是我提出escalate this dispute
我該如何做會比較好呢??
