我對一個美國賣家開了 dispute, 他同意 partial refund
但是又說:
Paypal's system does not allow me to issue an $8 dollar refund while this
transaction is in dispute. You first have to change this to "agreed upon"
before I can give you the refund.Thanks
請問有這種事嗎? 他的意思是叫我 close dispute 嗎?
可是 PayPal 又有提醒 refund 進了戶頭才可以安心 close dispute
最近一連碰到好幾個商品描述不實的英美賣家, 害我開始疑神疑鬼了 T_T
