paypal退款可以選擇退到帳戶餘額中嗎？ - 海外購物

最近匯率變動大
購物因缺貨被reufund
結果都會損失匯差，還會被信用卡公司收取refund手續費
東西沒買到還平白無故損失，非常不爽
有沒有辦法進行設定 或請賣方退款退到balance中
不要轉到我的credit card裡？
