Asos寄錯貨後,我把商品退回並且附上資料跟他索取運費就收到以下這封信:

Hello Shih-Yu,

Thanks for getting in touch about your orders 183836246 & 183665102.
With the information you’ve provided and after an assessment of your account
we’ve taken the decision to close your ASOS account.
This means we’re unable to accept any further orders on this account and any
other account opened in the future with your details. If any orders are placed
we will have no choice but to cancel them, and no further notification will b
e sent.
In order to take this further, we recommend contacting PayPal to dispute any l
ost funds. Due to the problems on your account, we're no longer able to issue
further refunds to you.
PayPal may be in touch with ASOS and we'll be able to provide previous informa
tion regarding your accounts to support their investigations. Once they're hap
py this is a genuine claim, they may refund your account.
I appreciate you may find this frustrating; however I hope you can understand
that this is a business decision.

然後我帳號就被鎖了,基於錢的關係我態度非常好的回了信,講說不然運費我自己吃但是
你要把貨款退給我,結果asos的回覆如下:

ㄏㄏ買asos真的要有很大心臟啊 他寄錯還要承擔被鎖
帳號的風險,我的還在申訴中 最快也要三個月才拿
的回來

之前平信寄丟 死要原價寄出還有貨的商品 先把打折
取消 然後嗆你收到再申請退貨 才會把剩下餘款退款
給你 退貨運費自付 寄回去還不知道會不會出問題
最後只好想說算了 從此不再買

不了解必有前因的意思,對方不是露寄就是寄錯,所
有相關證據都附上照片,還是被鎖啊,所以沒收到商品
以及收到不對商品都是活該的意思囉? 最好都不要
反應不然必有前因ㄏㄏ
