之前因為沒登記信用卡 所以帳號被Limited了
上週我已經登入了信用卡 及四碼的授權碼
但paypal依然要我傳真身分證 護照以玆證明我的身分 我也照做了
但沒想到paypal不但沒有解除limit 還寄一封信給我
內容為

print the cover page, log into your account and click on the fax
