12/7 07:37 辦理退貨
12/10 住家管委會收到momo送來的除濕機
12/11 管委會通知包裹到了可以領取
12/11 06:07 momo app 貨品狀況更新為派車回收
12/14 物流司機前往管委會收取退貨
12/23 收到卡費帳單,momo並未退款此筆費用
12/23 當天晚上開始聯繫客服,客服才表示回廠的除濕機發現底部的保麗龍不見了,導致
除濕機底部磨損,原廠要排檢測,故款項暫不能退還.....
12/25 下午與momo處理退貨部門主管通電,momo要求提供12/14司機前往管委會收取退貨
時,包裹完整的監視器錄影片
12/26 下午再度與退貨部門主管通電,提供管委會未簽收包裹的照片,同時我方亦要求要
看商品出廠時的照片與退貨的照片
12/26 晚上提交消保會網路投訴
12/28 管委會表示只能提供7天內的錄影帶資料,12/14的已經洗掉了,求證無門

12/6上班途中,家人突然要了卡號訂了除濕機,下班後了解一下狀況我覺得訂的太快,加
上momo尚未顯示出貨,於是在12/7早上先辦理了退貨。
12/10管委會收到除濕機,12/11通知可以前往領取包裹了,當時有向管委會說這個包裹訂
錯了拒收(也因此我連包裹的長相都沒看到)。
由於管委會收到貨與退貨的時候剛好都是上班時間,所以當時都是管理員與司機交涉。
原本以為事情就這樣落幕了,結果這筆退款就一直卡著,
那時候想得很單純,想說等十二月卡費出來有看到退款就沒事了
結果!!!
十二月的卡費上,13280的除濕機費用就這樣靜靜地躺在帳單上(崩潰)
12/23打電話問客服,是一位女性,問她為何這筆沒有退款成功,那位小姐態度不佳地回
應說
"因為商品回收時紙箱底部的保麗龍不見了,導致除濕機底部磨損,所以款項沒有退還,
東西要送回原廠檢測..."
"因為商品回收時紙箱底部的保麗龍不見了,導致除濕機底部磨損,所以款項沒有退還,

當下聽了心涼了一半,紙箱連看都沒有看到,何來保麗龍不見之詞?
後來陸續與momo通電過數通,到後來轉為專案處理,由一位林姓主管應對,在每通的電話
中我都再三強調有盡速退貨、沒有收貨,
也懷疑momo出廠時就沒有放保麗龍才會導致今天這樣的情形,
更質疑為何12/11貨況就已經更新為派車回收,為何兩周過後到12/24還沒原廠檢測完畢?
其中有很多天可以聯繫消費者關於退貨狀況異常,為何都沒通知???
而林姓主管也非常硬,除了不斷表面道歉,也堅持管委會簽收就代表已簽收,客戶沒有收
到貨,也有可能是有人跑進管委會拆包裹,表示若真是這樣,也該是我和管委會求償,而
非momo向管委會求償。
我有一度反問,難不成你們都沒有教育物流司機在收貨時要確認外包裝OK才會收取退貨包
裹嗎?林姓主管回應,他們有教育,但"不保證"司機一定有做到,所以希望我可以提供12/
14司機前往管委會收取退貨時,包裹完整的監視器錄影片。
中間還蹦出momo ptt 退貨文章中的經典名言:

最後在電話中雙方不歡而散,我只記得這位主管不斷不斷不斷強調要看到退貨時包裹完整
的監視器錄影片,以還原事情真相,儘管我表明立場不願意付一毛錢在這個我根本沒碰到
的東西,也表明會訴諸消保會,momo依舊態度強硬、立場不變。
而在今天稍早,管委會兩手一攤表示已經沒有影帶資料可提供了,因為已經洗掉了...
這時候換管委會不斷跳針希望我們跟廠商要求提供司機上貨與下貨時的包裹照片...
......
事已至此,除了訴諸消保會,我也將這段奇遇po到es版供他人參考,這是場長期抗戰,小
蝦米不大可能給momo教訓,但我也不打算就這樣默默吞下來。
結論:真的不要在momo買貴的東西,便宜的也不要,至少之於我不會有下次了。之後若還
有後續會在PO上。希望有好結果就是了...

。希望我重新評估是否還要進行繼續投訴消保會。
