大致分為幾個階段的溝通
1. 我收到貨後覺得質料太差,私訊詢問能否退貨,直接告知出清商品不予退貨,並無詢
問任何原因。我一開始以為有寫規則就不能退,但後來查消保法後確認他們的做法抵觸消
保法。
2. 告知消保法的事後,說要詢問他們的律師後便無消無息,我再主動詢問下文也沒再提
過他們諮詢律師的事,只烙下收到律師函或消保機關發函就退
3. 受到他們回應的態度趨動之下,填完申訴文件送出,收到發函副本好幾天後(週一收
到,週五詢問),也是一樣的說詞,讓我不清楚是否他們收到的狀況。我主動說那我附上
我的副本證明,才改說詞要先收到貨後退款。
4. 要到送件地址後隔天(週六)到便利商店寄貨,店員告知大約隔週一就會收到貨了。
5. 週三詢問是否收到貨,我只是想確認是否有收到貨品,怕途中有什麼意外,已讀不回
數次後自行查宅急便的進度,得知週一他們就已經收到貨。
6. 告知他們這樣收貨但已讀不回訊息的行為是侵佔,立刻就回覆訊息了,說他們最近在
忙,又還沒到說好退款的三天,我不用在對話裡大聲
7. 講完他們想講的和後續溫馨的提醒,立即退款
過程中,我承認我可能有時候太心急,希望得到他們的回覆,儘管只是收到類似好正在處
理當中的官方訊息都好,然而該店家不斷使出已讀不回招數,以及不斷認為我在找麻煩、
貪小便宜、把他們當成試衣間,完全沒有主動問過想退貨的原因,這種對於顧客的經營態
度真的是支持申訴的動力。
