我想請問一下,進貨的時候發現瑕疵品,難道不能退回原工廠或是索賠?
因為我是台灣傳產的國外業務,如果出貨被客人發現有瑕疵,
通常客人會先寫信抱怨,然後問我們打算如何處理,
奧一點的客人不但不把瑕疵品退回來,還會要我們補貨過去再加上額外的賠償金,
但是這種客人通常下次還是會繼續跟我們買,因為他買越多賺越多..... XD
稍微慘一點則是取消訂單把整批貨寄回來,我們也不收錢。所有運費開銷公司要吸收。
結局是有一大堆庫存要想辦法銷掉...
最好的客人就只是請我們說明瑕疵的原因、解決方法並且發誓下次絕對不會再發生。
如果下次沒有改善,這個客人就掰掰了。
而且我還可以跟大家分享:
美國人是最奧的,日本人是稍微慘一點的,而歐洲人是最好的客人。
但是對產品的品質要求程度卻是歐盟的規範最多,日本人則最龜毛,美國人很隨便..
也因為我們有一群奧客,所以工廠有 QC 部門....是同業裡面非常稀有的公司。
結果這篇文章的重點是教大家進貨如果發現瑕疵可以怎麼凹工廠... XD
