Loewe專櫃保養與保固問題 - CK

上週末我送了去年九月購買的Loewe回專櫃保養

去年購買時SA就告訴我，只要在台灣購買都可以送回專櫃免費保養

但是，當我拿回新竹大遠百專櫃卻不是這麼一回事 orz

SA查詢了消費紀錄後告訴我 "超過半年維修要收費"

半知不解的我又再次提醒SA "我是請你們幫我上油保養的"

SA制式化的拿出維修單，項目就填上保養....

雖然收取的費用不貴，但是我覺得Loewe應該不可能只有半年保固

甚至連基本的上油保養都需要收費!!! 太沒有道理了

還是說只有新竹遠百需要收費...!?

LOEWE的保固期是兩年 (24個月) 不需任何費用。
All of Loewe’s goods carry a guarantee of 24 months from the date of
purchase. If during this period you find any fault in your goods or there is
a lack of conformity with the contract, they will be repaired or replaced at
no charge (proof of purchase will be required).

損壞或超過兩年期，仍然可以維修 (需費用)
Loewe also offers a repair and renovation service for damaged products, or
products needing repair outside the 24 month period of guarantee. A charge
will be made based on costs.


明明國外都是兩年保固期，難道台灣售價比人家貴 保固還比人家短@@"
