不知道大家對宜家家居員工服務態度的感想是什麼, 前一陣子 想佈置家裡 晚上都會散步
到家裡附近的Ikea 逛一下找靈感, 光5-6月至少就去了四次, 坦白講 對他們服務客人的
態度真的不太認同, 有時候想找DM上的東西,自己走了2圈找不到, 找個工作人員問一下,
工作人員用手指 一個方向轉頭就走, 還有的跟我說＂我不清楚我不是這區的＂不是這區
沒有關係但至少也幫我找個這區的問一下吧
不過最沒禮貌的還是餐飲的工作人員, 常常點餐之後話也不講兩句, 東西弄好就丢在餐檯
上面也不說是誰的, 看到有些人一次點三四份的都不知道哪一個是他的, 不是說服務業要
畢恭畢敬, 可是前線人員至少應該傳遞清楚的訊息吧
櫃檯外面小吃部門有個員工更厲害, 看到客人走到櫃檯講的是"要什麼要什麼", 客人都還
沒講完就一直說 “就這樣嗎", 上星期去要點三樣東西講完第二樣頓了一下, 他直接跟我
說"49", 我就回他說不好意思我還要 一份 熱狗加飲料, 他竟然回我說你一次講完好嗎..
.,感覺來這邊買東西還要考驗個人EQ, 他這樣對我我還跟他說謝謝不好意思...
不知道大家對於ikea 服務態度的感想啦, 我是覺得蠻差的, 去過美國加拿大泰國ikea ,
人家明明都很友善 ,可是我家附近這一間真的好像欠他們幾百萬, 我不像有些人進去消費
10幾20萬, 可是我還是很喜歡ikea 雞翅啊...
