這是賣場的問與答紀錄
可以看到賣家當時是肯定實體和照片(A色顏色相近)

＊事發經過：(僅能文字敘述，不得擅自夾雜圖片連結)
一開始下標的時候就是在猶豫粉色跟咖啡色(賣場圖的淺咖啡)，
因為怕這兩個顏色有色差，有特地在問與答的地方詢問
「咖啡色的實體顏色是否和賣場圖一模一樣」
這時候得到的回覆是
『跟賣場圖類似、相近之類的回覆』(賣場刪了我也找不到證據)
總之確認過後我就下標了。
隔幾天，JOAN也開始連線，
也PO了同一件毛衣(因為這件的粉色很特別所以很好認)
點進去想說看看有沒有拍到更多咖啡色的照片，
結果發現JOAN的圖片是我後來官網上看到的深咖啡色
為了確認到底是怎麼回事，我去zozotown上找到毛衣的頁面，
並在臉書上再確認一次，我問了一長串問題，
只得到『不是喔』三個字，
我想說我都確認這麼多次了，應該沒問題了，
就很放心地等待包裹的到來
(後來事實證明，我就是個傻子!!!!!!!!)
收到包裹後的對話就如截圖所示，
我已經崩潰到不能再崩潰了(可能因此口氣不是很好)
但還是整理了賣家的精采回覆懶人包給懶得開圖的人:
1.『不是喔』三個字是回覆我不是a色的意思，因為連線期間人力吃緊所以無法完善的
回覆
(我問了一長串問題，只得到三個字，如果不是賣場的A色，那就是你們拍出色差阿，
而且不是A色當初問與答是回答我心酸的嗎)
2.光線色差實在難以解決，所以建議不喜歡顏色的客人可以自行上網轉賣!?
(這我不能忍，這樣的色差是賣家的問題為什麼是買家要承擔後續處理問題)
3.當然還是可以退貨，但在我們能定義顏色之前無法為您提供服務
(白話文:解決不了色差就解決顧客，封鎖!)
4.色差問題在所難免，建議還是實體店面確認顏色比較保險!
(二度崩潰，今天就是因為moussy專櫃離我很遠我無法去試穿跟看顏色才選擇網購，
又因為害怕色差所以詢問了兩次，最後的到這回覆只讓我覺得，我是在問心酸的嗎?)
最後我想說，我會退貨，封鎖什麼的一切隨風去，
當初會喜歡跟ies的連線是因為他帶的貨跟其他賣家不同，
不過這樣的回覆態度我想我以後還是跟joan許願好了，
希望大家都能找到對自己胃口的好賣家。
近期連線只買一件就踩雷+發文發到一半網路還斷掉的可悲人下台一鞠躬

首先謝謝大家跟我分享IES的雷
讓我覺得原來我不是孤單的
大家遇到的雷我都用虛線標起來了
今天發文的用意就是想要讓版友能有個借鏡
畢竟這件衣服也沒有說多便宜(1630元)
但花了這樣的錢卻得到這樣的服務真的讓人很失望
有人可能會說這樣的賣家被封鎖就算了，難道你還要繼續跟她購買嗎?
我只想說:不管今天我是否還有意願跟他購買(顯然是沒有xd)
一個賣家因為自己的錯誤 買家不願意乖乖吞下而揚言要封鎖是否太本末倒置了
就像我上面說的，一切隨風，就算現在他們說不封鎖我了
我想我也沒那個勇氣去下標測試看看了~~~
還有感謝下面紅明顯的板友
我這次真的是學到教訓了(完全被購物慾蒙蔽雙眼)
第一次的問與答如此草率我就該有警惕了
在第二次詢問真的是應該問到底讓自己沒有遺憾
不過現在說再多也於事無補了QQ
