關於退費問題有爬文過但仍不解請求解答 (文有點長)
今天去全家買冰買一送一 明治哈密瓜跟巧克力
但誤以為今天是星期五，巧克力是明天才有所以拿去退費
金額是哈密瓜口味買2送2與巧克力口味4支共180+塑膠袋1=181元
付帳時用了一張全家100元禮券與icash悠遊卡付剩下的81元
這是我付款前icash原餘額179 http://ppt.cc/S-Us
然後我拿去店家退了四支巧克力口味等於我只花了61元用悠遊卡購買東西

後來去問店員說既然餘額剩118，等於我61元是用icash悠遊卡付錢
那他明細中的餘額券100跟退卡20是什麼意思呢?等於我還有120元沒回來耶
他說因為我用icash悠遊卡付錢，他的退款要幾天後才會入帳到卡裡面??是這樣子嗎??
還是我應該可以直接拿120元的現金退款??
