HOLLISTER最近又在猛刪訂單了嗎? - 海外購物

HCO最近不知道是不是又在猛刪訂單了!!

我在8/14號有下了一筆訂單..(富邦信用卡)
但畫面一直停留在倒數第二個畫面!!
那個畫面好像是叫我稍等一下..訂單確認中吧!!
我以為是自己的電腦有問題!所以當掉..
上來問有經驗的版大跟自己的信用卡銀行..
也有得到一些答案..

然而我又在9/5..
用不同的信用卡(國泰世華)..
又下了一筆訂單..
這次很順利的有收到訂購信件..
但卻在9/7便收到訂單取消的信件..

內容如下..

Your order was cancelled for one of the following reasons:

1.We were unable to verify the credit card information provided
in the order
2.The shipping address in your order is associated with a freight
forwarding company
3.Your order breached our brand protection resale policy, to view
our policy click here
4.Your order contained clearance items and was shipping outside of
the United States or Canada

Your payment card has not been charged. If your order was cancelled and it was not for one of these reasons, please contact [email protected] before placing a new order.

然後我以為是我信用卡的關係..
打去信用卡公司問!!卻是有授權.是沒問題的!!

不死心的我..
在9/9號又用以前有訂成功的信用卡(富邦)再訂一次..

結果..
畫面又停在倒數第二個畫面!!
那個畫面就是叫我稍等一下..訂單確認中的畫面!!
所以..也因此沒收到訂單確認信..
跟8/14號的情形是一樣的..

我不知道這是怎麼一回事..
不知道是否有人..
最近也和我的情形是一樣的!!

我是用台灣信用卡..
寄往美國友人家中..

PS.我有同一件褲子..白色XS訂了二件/藍色XS訂了一件!!應該不是這個問題吧=.=
