Cancellation/Exchange/Return Items

International Order

Once an item has been shipped to overseas, request for REFUND or EXCHANGE
will NOT be ACCEPTED unless you are returning items due to receiving wrong or
defective items.

如同前面提到的,Gmarket可以接受國際訂單換貨,但是只接受以下兩種狀況
1.寄錯 2.瑕疵品

信件內容如韓國國內退貨方式 需付以下資料

在收到貨品的七天內寫信給 [email protected]

1. Transaction number (not order number) you want to return/exchange.
不是訂單編號, 我也不知道是指什麼 @_@

2. Reason for return/exchange.
換貨/退貨理由

3. Your address (for pickup and delivery).
你家地址

4. item condition: Opened and Used / Opened and Unused / Unopened
打開用過/打開沒用/沒打開過
5. whether you have already sent back the item to the seller: Yes or No

(If you are Yes, Please let us know the name of Express Company and
Tracking no.)
相信沒有人知道要送到哪,所以選NO

6. (Exchange)Color, size and other options of the item you want to exchange
for.
要換顏色還是size還是其他
