gilly hicks寄錯顏色問題 - 海外購物

有爬文了～不過我的情況跟板上好像不一樣
我12/20下訂單
昨天收到了（台灣）～可是發現我有一件衣服送錯了
訂單上我是買
ROSELANDS HOODIE-xs-light green

結果來的是。。。一件官網上都沒有的帽T-Xs_粉色
昨天立馬打給客服。。結果放假去了
只好寫信
信上我大致用我的破英文問了
I have get the package today.
But when I check the products I bought ,I found that
you sent the wrong clothes to me.
I ordered ROSELANDS HOODIE-Light green ,but
you sent me the pink one.
How can I do next ,If I give back the wrong product ,will
I pay the shipment by myself？Or will you
help me change the products Thank you.

然後客服回了。。似乎要我寄回去
Thanks for the email. We are so sorry for the packaging error.
We will send the correct Roseland Hoodie now.
Please use the return label on the invoice to send the Pink Hoodie back to us.
We will waive the shipping fee for the error.
可以請板友幫幫忙，
return label是。。。。什麼呀
他的意思是說我寄回去運費他會幫我出～
還是只有他補寄正確的淺綠色的運費他會吸收而已
噢～真是懊惱：（
