ebay買東西一直未收到物品 - 海外購物

我再ebay買了一件衣物
4月7日 付款完畢
到現在東西都還沒收到
賣家應該是用first class方式寄出
我有詢問過賣家(4月20日回覆)
他回答:
you would not have recieved it yet,
alaska to taiwain will take a while ,
also since you asked the shipping actually
cost 55.oo not 40. 00 so you got it for 15.00 cheaper

想請問各位 我還有機會收到嗎?
