我今天在EBAY,COM看到一項找很久的商品
於是我就註冊了 問完賣方問題以後 確定要購買
下標的時候卻遇到這個問題

但是我本人也沒有信用卡 於是詢問賣方是否可以在台灣其他拍賣網站開賣場讓我標
(賣方是台灣地區的)
不過他很堅定的說 下標不需要信用卡
不過我要下標就是需要認證阿 = =
請問這是新手帳號的問題嗎
還是真的要去找代標?
