EBAY突然無法透過PAYPAL付款 - 海外購物

11/26號時還可以正常使用PAYPAL支付EBAY得標物品的款項.
結果今天下午要付另一筆剛得標的款項時,從EBAY-MY EBAY-WON
點選PAY IT NOW進行到最後一步,按下CONFIRM PAYMENT後
就出現Your request could not be processed at this time
The service is currently unavailable.
We're sorry you faced an issue. Please click here to try your payment again.
按下try your payment again再適N遍還是一樣

我又試了登入paypal-SEND MONEY-EBAY ITEMS-
選擇CHECK OUT ON EBAY,則出現Your request could not be processed at this time
We were unable to load your cart.
Go to My eBay to view your recent purchases and payments.

若選擇點選If you prefer to pay on PayPal旁的"click here",按下PAY
進行到最後一步按下PAY後,又會出現
Pay for eBay Items

似乎是EBAY的問題,但EBAY會把問題推給PAYPAL,PAYPAL又會說是EBAY
反正似乎是沒有絕對可行的解決方法Orz
有人說透過賣方的INVOICE可以成功付款,所以我已經通知賣方這個情形,
但不知道是否會成功.而且我的EBAY COUPON要過期了,如果來不及就損失30幾美金啦><
有的buyer只對某seller的物品無法付款,其他seller就沒有出現這個問題.
不知道大家有什麼建議呢?
還是我要另外標其他賣家的同商品阿?這樣seller之後還可以拿到ebay的相關費用退款嗎?
可是我又沒辦法付款>_<
如果用我註冊在台灣的PAYPAL帳號,就又拿不到微軟的CASHBACK啦...
