eBay標到物品, 但賣家一直都不回應 - 海外購物

標到一個 MB-20(相機手把), 錢也用 paypal 付了.
問賣家東西寄了沒, 可不可以給追蹤碼(拍賣頁上是寫用EMS)?
從4月7日付款後, 前後用ebay的聯絡賣家寄了4封信,
賣家都沒回? 請問各位先進, 要如何處理比較好?
