小弟非第一次上ebay購物，之前照著ebay和paypal的註冊頁面一步一步走都沒有問題
也有買過幾次東西
但自從上次結帳，就發生"用app沒辦法結帳，但用電腦就可以結帳"的問題
反正可以用信用卡付費就好，我也不太在意
但這次，我試了一個禮拜
在購物車結帳時，系統會轉到要求我輸入paypal的頁面，我打上密碼之後，就跳出訊息
Return to merchant and try a different payment method
We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this
time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different
payment method (if available).
請問，問題出在那裡?
我試過上網找答案，但沒找到可用的資訊
