EBAY不讓我對外國賣家發問 - 海外購物

我剛剛想要對一個外國賣家發問
結果EBAY竟然跳出一個叫我到大陸EBAY認證的警示
內容是認證後才能才能進行跨國的交易,但是我又沒有賣東西

我帳號是註冊為台灣的,最近常常會跳到HK的頁面
但這都不是問題我還是可以從美國網頁登入
我9月14號還有對外國賣家發問過
今天就不行了,請問是何原因?
爬文都沒發現這一類的問題
