EBAY 申訴的問題 - 海外購物

這個拍賣在你下標之前就結束了?
你是跟賣家私下交易嗎?
因為他說拍賣是由ebay結束的
通常ebay會主動結束表示這個拍賣有問題
ebay應該之前應該會通知你不要付款不要完成交易之類的

這封信我讀起來,ebay的意思是你的這個交易是私下交易
因為ebay都已經提醒過你不要完成這個交易
你卻還是付款,這樣你有任何問題,ebay並不負責

如果你的付款方式是PayPal
你可以試試看透過PayPal開claim
其他的付款方式,現金支票之類的就不可能了
