Ebay付款後能要求取消交易嗎? - 海外購物

我在ebay上下單一個廚具, 物品約六百台幣, 運費美金六元, 日本賣家.

下單了, paypal付款後

賣家寫信來說運費兩百的運送方式沒有寄到台灣
要用另一種方式, 要再加美金六元.

Unfortunately Economy shipping(2-4weeks) is not available to the delivery to
Taiwan.
Japan Post does not accept Economy shipping to Taiwan.

Shipment to Taiwan is by standard shipping(1-2 weeks) or Expedited
Shipping(3-5days) only.
Standard shipping(1-2 weeks) is $12.

I will send the PayPal invoice of additional shipping charges($6) for
standard shipping to your e-mail address.

我在ebay上也沒看到取消交易的按鈕.
