各位大大早安
小弟前幾天在DSM E-SHOP歐洲網址購買CDG converse，下訂流程跟以往我購買一樣(把收據寄E-mail給你，然後有扣款成功)，但這次我E-mail 5天沒收到出貨通知，昨晚便寫信給DSM詢問我目前訂單的商品出貨了嗎？結果收到一封退款通知，之後就在寫信詢問為什麼訂單被取消退款 DSM就沒有在回應了
想請問版上有大大有購買DSM也遇過這樣的情形嗎？
目前摸不著頭緒 感恩大大的經驗分享
