Packages, and we need to follow their Policy.
It seems that Deutsche Post has a big Warehouse their.
I will phone tmr Deutsche Post and ask for all information, to explain
detailed.
Pls send me [email protected] your order number and I will care myself for
transparency.

簡單來說 就如同之前版友所言 這是德國郵政的政策 他們無權干涉也必須遵守
但他也承諾今天會親自致電確認這項政策的細節
請之前有出現寄到中國(寄丟or延誤)的消費者可以提供order number給他

感覺對方的態度應該是重視這個問題的(我有說網路上出現不少討論 也有人被寄錯)
老闆也親自給他的e-mail [email protected]
我有表明會轉告給各位版友
自己最近是沒有購買
也麻煩各位版友有碰到上述問題的能夠踴躍反映給老闆
包括order number/圖片/照片等 這些都是我們可以據理力爭的證據
如果真的受害者眾 我想C網也有更多理由向德國郵政爭取撤回這項政策
沒有人希望以後承擔更高被寄丟或延遲的風險
