2000年左右我在美國，那時有個電視節目，就主持人假扮顧客去賣場購物(當奧客)，
然後密錄賣場人員的反應。
有一集主持人拿襯衫去某賣場要退，大概內容如下：
主：我有件襯衫要退
賣：OK
主：但我這襯衫不是在你們這買的
賣：什麼?(震驚貌)
主：我不是在這買的，但我想在這退，可以嗎?
賣：不是在我們這買，恐怕...(murmur)
主：可以請主管來嗎?
然後一陣混亂，某位經理出現
主：我有件襯衫要退，但是...(被經理打斷)
經：沒問題，我們馬上處理退給你
經：先生，你這件襯衫我們沒賣，我用同款式的價格退給您好嗎?
主：好的
看完節目，我隔天就去辦那賣場的會員卡。
猜猜看那家賣場是?
