這問題可以扯超遠的說。
基本上退貨的人分成兩種:
A、因為種種不適用的理由想退。
B、使用者不想付費。
A就不用說了吧?東西好用還要大老遠跑回去退?時間太多。
但就是有B這種人哪,東西在旁邊吃爽了,剩下的拿去退,
電風扇吹3個禮拜6天,拿去退,再買一台,再退,直到冬天改買暖氣來退。
大家討厭的是B這種人的心態吧?
問題是要怎麼界定你A還B啊?不可能的啊,
偉伯的意圖倫理在地球是不可能適用的,又沒有誠實豆沙包。
所以這問題也沒辦法戰,就假設大家都是好人就好啦。
「我松露巧克力吃到最後一顆的時候發現他真的很難吃!」
這有可能的啊,所以可以退。
「我買了快一個月,才發現我小孩未滿7歲不能玩變形金剛!」
這還是有可能啊,退吧!
賣場既然定好了方向,以西方刺激消費的方式無條件退貨,
自然就是比照善意推定;
不然就制訂類似會員卡退費兩次以上不得申請的方式,
松露巧克力和變形金剛不能一個月連退2次。
結論,我只能說,那位拒絕原PO的小姐可能經歷過什麼黑暗的回憶,
所以預設人心險惡吧。

(其實本文的重點是,要退配件真的要齊全點,至少要能證明是在這買的)
(如果還是不給退就請主管出來吧,有些新來的還不知道這社會其實很溫暖)
