買來第一次下水洗，都是棉絮......

這算是衣服品質的問題嗎？
買過幾件帽T但都不會這樣子
在猶豫要不要去退......
還是有其他辦法可以處理嗎？用黏的感覺要黏很久
不然以CP值Costco真的便宜很多且蠻保暖的
