我是商業卡會員，辦COSTCO卡前後也有10年了，卡是這月10月底到期，今天去買東西就順便續約了，結果我姑知道我今天花1000續約就罵我笨，傻傻的，說我卡10月到期，9月就應該去辦退卡，拿回1000，然後再用這1000去續約，這樣就再也不用繳每年續約的年費了，我姑還說這是COSTCO店員教她的。我聽了以後半信半疑，上來查「續約」也沒有類似的討論，只查到一張卡只能退卡兩次，所以說我姑的用法只能用兩次？到底可不可以真的這樣每年又退又續的？到底是COSTCO店員騙我姑，還是我姑騙我？還請神通廣大的會員們解答，到底這種方式真的可以嗎？
