醉雞也算是我蠻喜歡的冷盤料理之ㄧ
前陣子剛好遇到COSTCO在特價就買了一盒來品嘗
原價329折價30變成299 這樣兩隻雞腿肉也不算太便宜
買回來只要放冰箱下層的冷藏庫保存 一盒裡面打開會有兩隻大雞腿
每隻都獨立真空包裝 我和老婆兩個人煮麵搭配一隻就覺得很撐了
雖然號稱是無骨雞腿 但是裡面仍然有些軟骨
不過刀子倒是可以輕鬆切割 雞腿肉周遭還黏著湯汁的結凍
先將包裝裡面的湯汁倒在盤內 再將切好的雞腿肉放入盤中
這樣一盤美味的醉雞馬上就可以食用 酒味我覺得足夠卻又不會太重
像我喜歡的人就覺得夠味 而不喜歡酒味太重的老婆也可以接受
雞腿肉的肉質非常鮮嫩 沾上料理得當的湯汁真是人間美味~~~
