剛好趁這個機會
跟大家強調一些我們應該都知道的觀念
首先,起司跟乳酪,豆腐乳等等這類的發酵製品
果醬,抹醬,沙茶醬諸如此類的
使用的時候要用乾淨沒有水的器具(比如湯匙去挖)
才不容易孳生細菌
另外,購買的時候是大包裝
拿回家的時候進行分裝肯定是比較安全的
起士可不可以放冷凍,答案當然是可以
但是不要冷凍退冰冷凍退冰冷凍又退冰
但是否所有的商品都可以用冷凍?
如果有些商品放了冷凍會脫水,失去風味
或是冷凍以後難以使用
就要考慮清楚
另外,保存期限的問題
舉個常用的例子
我買了一瓶罐裝紅茶
上面寫了到期日是明年的十月
我今天開來喝以後放冰箱
請問大家認為我可以一直這樣放到明年十月繼續喝嗎?
所有食品上面的保存期限
都是以未開封且妥善保存為前提去印製
這樣的觀念我們應該都知道
怎麼換了一種食物以後
卻開始覺得是標示的問題?
還有,大部分的起士跟乳酪
都會建議冷藏保存
原因是在於,這類商品在生產國家
屬於高效耗性的食物
幾乎是天天會食用的食物
冷藏保存才能保有最新鮮的風味
不會有製造商為了延長難以預測的保存期限
刻意建議消費者使用會讓風味減損的保存方式
這也是為什麼好市多的起士我不太會買的原因
因為我吃不完,放冷凍我又會遺忘他
不過有些基本款是真的很好用
切達起士,摩佐拉起士之類的,大家吃的習慣就消耗的快
另外,藍紋乳酪(Blue cheeze)或稱為藍起士
通常會有類似的稱謂
包裝裡面又有含著水的那種起士
屬於發酵味道較濃郁的口味
記得,他本身就已經發酵了
所以如果保存跟使用上有疏忽
非常的容易發霉
雖然我覺得這個起士非常非常的好吃XD
最後就是,雖然好市多有退貨機制
但我還是想提醒大家
為了我們的地球著想
盡量不要浪費食物跟資源啊!!
